Important Info: An accurate ring size is required, it is not possible to exchange for a bigger or smaller size once your order has been started due to the nature of this item. A ring sizer can be sent to you ahead of sending your hair/ashes at a small charge.
**I will require you to send your hair/ashed to the specified address, it is recommended that is is done via a "Special Delivery" postal option at your local post office.**
Turn around time starts from receipt of hair/Ashes. Please ensure that your order number and/or name and return address is enclosed with your hair as I have multiple orders at a time - this is so I can identify your parcel.

It is recommended that you remove your jewellery before going to bed.
Do not wear while swimming or bathing
Keep your jewellery sparkling by using a polishing cloth or a small brush and mild soap.
Do not use harsh chemicals.
